Verdant Earth Technologies Limited is an Australia-based renewable energy asset owner, operator, and developer. The Company is engaged in projects spanning bioenergy, battery energy storage, hydrogen, hydropower, and more. It is focused on the development of 24/7 renewable energy solutions and firming infrastructure, to help support the influx of intermittent energy resources. The Company’s flagship project is involved the acquisition of the Redbank Power Station for the transition it from running on coal to renewable biomass. Its projects include Warkworth BESS, Green Hydrogen Refueling, and Project 2000. Redbank Power Station is 151 megawatts, former coal-fired power station, located in Warkworth New South Wales (NSW). The Company is also focused on the development of a 100 megawatts battery in Warkworth, which is in the initial planning phase. The Warkworth site is located on unused land adjacent to the Redbank Power Station.
