It is focused on acquiring, owning and leasing parking facilities and related infrastructure, including parking lots, parking garages and other parking structures. The Company owns a diversified portfolio of parking assets primarily located in the Midwest and Southwest. The Company target both parking garage and surface lot properties primarily in the United States Metropolitan Statistical Areas. It owns approximately 43 parking facilities located in 21 separate markets throughout the United States, with more than 15,700 parking spaces and approximately 5.4 million square feet. It also owns approximately 0.2 million square feet of retail/commercial space adjacent to its parking facilities.
