FB Bancorp, Inc. is the holding company for Fidelity Bank (the Bank), which is a Louisiana-chartered mutual savings bank. The Bank business consists primarily of taking deposits from the general public and investing those deposits, together with funds generated from operations, in one- to four-family residential mortgage loans secured by properties located in its primary market areas. The Bank also originates residential construction loans, commercial real estate loans, commercial loans, home equity loans and lines of credit, and consumer loans. The Bank operates through two segments: traditional banking and mortgage banking. Traditional banking operations consist primarily of interest earned on loans held for investment and securities and fees from deposit services. Mortgage banking operations consist principally of interest earned on mortgage loans held for sale, gains on sales of loans in the secondary mortgage market, and mortgage loan origination fee income.
