Malibu Brands are all-natural essential oils, including hemp and cannabidiol (CBD) oil products. It also operates the MJT Network through the Company’s online media platform, www.marijuanatimes.org. The Company operates through one segment: online sales. Its online sales consist of the channels, such as Ecommerce/Online, Distributors, and Digital Advertising.
