The Company actively manages its land and resources to support and encourage energy and infrastructure development and other land uses, including digital infrastructure. The Company’s assets consist mainly of fee surface acreage, oil and natural gas mineral interests, brackish water wells and ponds and related facilities. It owns surface acreage in and around the Delaware Basin across Andrews, Loving, Reeves, Pecos and Winkler Counties in Texas and Eddy and Lea Counties in New Mexico. The Company owns oil and natural gas mineral interests in Loving and Reeves Counties, Texas.
