Evans Bancorp, Inc. is a financial holding company. The Company conducts its business through its two direct, wholly owned subsidiaries: Evans Bank, National Association (the Bank), and the Bank’s subsidiaries, Evans National Leasing, Inc. (ENL), and Evans National Holding Corp. (ENHC); and Evans National Financial Services, LLC (ENFS). The Company operates through banking activities segment. The banking activities segment includes both commercial and consumer banking services, including a range of lending and depository services, as well as offering non-deposit investment products, such as annuities and mutual funds. The Bank operates through approximately eight branches providing financial services to consumer, business and municipal customers throughout Western New York.
