Wormhole基金會就收購Stargate跨鏈橋與LayerZero展開競爭，擬提出高於1.1億美元報價
金色財經報道，Wormhole 基金會發文表示，此前 LayerZero 基金會提議以 1.1 億美元收購 Stargate 跨鏈橋及其 STG 代幣，Wormhole 認爲該報價過低，低估了 Stargate 的強勁增長，Wormhole 基金會準備提交一個更高的報價，並請求暫停正在進行的快照投票 5 個工作日。 此前 8 月 11 日，LayerZero 基金會提議以 1.1 億美元收購 Stargate 跨鏈橋及其 STG 代幣。根據提案條款，STG 代幣將停用，STG 持有者可以將其代幣兌換爲 LayerZero 原生代幣 ZRO，兌換比例爲 1 STG 兌換 0.08634 ZRO，相當於每枚 STG 價值 0.1675 美元，每枚 ZRO 價值 1.94 美元。金色財經
