Jack Henry Q4 FY2026 results: Revenue growth came with margin contraction
Jack Henry’s fiscal Q4 2026 revenue rose 4.7% to $644.0 million, while diluted EPS fell 10.2% to $1.57. GAAP operating margin contracted to 21.2% from 25.3% as cost of revenue, R&D and SG&A grew faster than sales; adjusted revenue increased 6.6%, but adjusted operating income declined 3.1%. Processing led category growth, supported by digital transactions, card services and faster payments. For fiscal 2027, Jack Henry expects GAAP revenue of $2.684 billion to $2.709 billion and EPS of $7.33 to $7.38.
