OSI Systems Fiscal Q4 Earnings: EPS Rises despite Lower Revenue
OSI Systems’ fiscal 2026 Q4 revenue fell 4% to $484.1 million as Middle East conflicts delayed Security deliveries, while GAAP diluted EPS rose 8% to $3.27 and non-GAAP EPS increased 17% to $3.78. Gross margin expanded, operating cash flow reached $182.1 million, and backlog ended at $1.9 billion. Optoelectronics and Manufacturing and Healthcare each grew about 5%. For fiscal 2027, OSI Systems guided to $1.875-$1.930 billion in revenue and non-GAAP EPS of $11.13-$11.49.

Flowers Foods Q2 2026 Earnings: Volume Declines Pressure Sales and Margins
Flowers Foods reported fiscal Q2 2026 net sales of $1.193 billion, down 4.0% year over year, as a 5.8% volume decline outweighed favorable pricing and mix. Diluted EPS fell to $0.19 from $0.28, while adjusted EBITDA dropped 19.2% to $111.3 million and its margin narrowed to 9.3%. Branded Retail and Other sales both declined, although quarterly operating cash flow increased to $133.7 million. The company lowered its full-year sales, adjusted EBITDA, and adjusted EPS guidance amid continued pressure in the fresh packaged bread category.
