The PCS segment provides nonmedical personal care and home health services. Additionally, services provided in its PCS segment include placements of non-medical personal care assistants, home health aides and nurses primarily to Medicaid patient populations in need of care monitoring and assistance performing daily living activities in the home setting. The Monitoring segment provides monitoring solutions. It provides in-home monitoring services to support patient self-management and care management operations.
