It intends to focus its search on a rapidly-growing and large-scaled target, including targets in various space, such as fintech, alternative and clean energy, biotech, logistics, industrial software, artificial intelligence (AI), and cloud industry. It intends to primarily focus on businesses in Asia. The Company has not commenced any operations nor generated any revenues.
