FinCEN警告：加密ATM被犯罪組織濫用，涉洗錢與老年人詐騙
金色財經報道，美國財政部金融犯罪執法網絡（FinCEN）於週一發佈通知，警告金融機構警惕犯罪分子利用加密貨幣ATM從事洗錢活動，並針對老年人實施詐騙。FinCEN稱，販毒集團如哈利斯科新生代販毒集團（CJNG）正日益頻繁地使用此類設備。FinCEN主任Andrea Gacki表示：“犯罪分子不斷利用創新技術行騙，美國將致力於保護數字資產生態系統，金融機構是關鍵夥伴。” 通知指出，這些加密ATM運營商可能未合規，未驗證客戶身份，亦缺乏應對執法部門要求的內部控制。國會已展開行動打擊相關欺詐行爲，今年2月參議員Dick Durbin提出法案，擬規定加密ATM交易上限及強制風險提示。金色財經
