欧盟新规赋予银行代币化资产监管优势，或加速欧洲代币化发展
金色财经报道，欧盟去年通过的立法为银行代币化传统资产创造了显著监管优势，使其处理方式比全球多数地区更为宽松。本周，欧洲银行管理局（EBA）发布最终技术标准，大体遵循巴塞尔银行监管委员会（BCBS）指引并主要适用于加密货币，但欧盟立法推翻了在代币化传统资产上的保守做法，明确将其与传统资产同等对待，无任何附加条件。欧盟银行可在任何类型的区块链上处理代币化证券，无需额外资本要求；而遵循巴塞尔委员会指引的其他地区银行，在无许可网络上持有类似资产则需施加最高1250%风险权重。这一监管差异还延伸至稳定币领域，使欧洲在机构代币化和传统金融工具数字化方面具备独特优势。金色财经
