Peakstone Realty Trust is an internally managed real estate investment trust (REIT) focused on owning and operating industrial assets. The Company owns and operates a portfolio of predominantly single-tenant industrial and office properties. These assets are generally leased to creditworthy tenants under long-term net lease agreements with contractual rent escalations. The Company operates through three segments: Industrial, Office and Other. Industrial: The Industrial segment comprises 70 industrial properties. The Office segment comprises 33 office properties. The Other segment comprises 10 properties. The Company’s long-term objective is to maximize shareholder value through the ownership and operation of industrial and select office assets located in strategic growth markets. It seeks to generate internal and external growth by increasing the cash flow from its properties and expanding its portfolio by making industrial-focused investments. The Company has about 113 properties.
