Ioneer Ltd is an Australia-based lithium-boron producer. The Company is engaged in developing lithium and boric acid that can be produced and delivered to customers domestically and internationally. The Company’s Rhyolite Ridge Lithium-Boron Project is located in Esmeralda County, Nevada, situated in the silver peak range, part of the larger geo-physiographic Basin and Range Province of western Nevada. Rhyolite Ridge is approximately 14 miles northeast of Dyer, Nevada. It is 65 miles southwest of Tonopah, Nevada, 215 miles from Reno, and 255 miles from Las Vegas. The Company operates through two segments: North America and Australia. The Rhyolite Ridge covers two separate lithium-boron deposits, which include North Basin and South Basin located approximately four kilometers apart.
