The Company is principally engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties located in Colombia. The Company has options to acquire 100% interest in two projects located directly within a mining camp with 10 fully permitted and operating mines. The Company's flagship project, Guayabales, is anchored by the Apollo system, which hosts the largescale, bulk-tonnage, and high-grade gold-silver-copper-tungsten Apollo system. The Guayabales Project is located in the Middle Cauca belt in the Department of Caldas, Colombia. Its San Antonio project is located 4 kilometers (km) east of the Guayabales project, adjacent to the Panamerican highway. The San Antonio project is located approximately 80 km south of Medellin. It is situated in the Middle Cauca belt in the Department of Caldas, Colombia.
