FRENCH REGULATORS FINE JP MORGAN SE 500,000 EUROS - STATEMENT
The dispute and sanctions committee (CoRDiS) of French energy watchog CRE imposes a penalty of 500,000 euros on J.P. Morgan SE for failure to comply with its obligation to provide the information necessary for the CRE to carry out its duties, as set out in Article L. 225-37 of the French Energy Code.
