C1 Fund Inc. is a non-diversified closed-end investment company (the Fund). The Fund's investment objective is to maximize its portfolio's total return. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective principally by investing in equity and equity-linked securities of digital asset services and technology companies. The Fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in equity and equity-linked securities issued by the C1 Thirty companies. The Fund intends to achieve its investment objective by investing in a portfolio of up to 30 of the C1 Thirty companies. The Fund's investment adviser is C1 Advisors LLC.
