It is deploying its precision oncology platform to target p53 mutations and other p53-related cancers. Its lead product candidate, rezatapopt, is designed to be an orally available small molecule that structurally corrects the mutant p53 protein with the Y220C mutation. In addition to its rezatapopt program, it is focused on developing a pipeline of product candidates targeting other p53 mutations or p53-related targets. These programs have been developed using its precision oncology platform.
