The Office Depot Division is a provider of retail consumer and small business products and services distributed through a fully integrated omnichannel platform of over 869 office Depot and OfficeMax retail locations in the United States, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, and an e-commerce presence (www.officedepot.com). Its Veyer Division specializes in B2B and consumer business service delivery, with core competencies in distribution, fulfillment, transportation, global sourcing, and purchasing.
