The Erivedge, is a commercialized orally administered small molecule Hedgehog signaling pathway antagonist. Its other clinical programs include Fimepinostat and CA-170. CA-170 is an oral small molecule drug candidate that targets V-domain Ig Suppressor of T-cell Activation, or VISTA, and PDL1 immune checkpoint proteins.
