The Company is formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses. The Company intends to concentrate its efforts on identifying companies in either the technology or lifestyle sectors. It intends to focus its search for a business combination partner in the Asia Pacific (excluding the PRC) and North American regions. The Company has not conducted any operations and has not generated any revenues.
