DELIVEROO: British meal delivery company Deliveroo ROO.L suspended its 100 million pound ($133.13 million) share buyback program on Monday, days after it said it had received a proposal from U.S. peer DoorDash DASH.O.

NATIONAL GRID: Britain's National Grid NG.L said on Monday it had filed a three-year rate plan proposal with the New York Public Service Commission for its upstate New York electric and natural gas distribution business.

PLUS500: Online trading platform Plus500 PLUSP.L said on Monday it expects full-year results to exceed market expectations after core profit jumped 23% sequentially in the first quarter, helped by a robust client base and heightened volatility in global markets.
