Britain's foreign office condemns North Korea missile launches
April 19 (Reuters) - Britain's foreign office has condemned North Korea for launching ballistic missiles over the weekend and urged the reclusive nation to engage in meaningful diplomacy.
"Ballistic missile launches on 19 April are another breach of UN Security Council resolutions (UNSCRs), destabilising regional peace and security," the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office said in a statement on Sunday.
North Korean leader Kim Jong Un on Sunday oversaw test launches of upgraded short-range ballistic missiles, state media KCNA reported Monday.
