UK withdraws some staff from Bahrain embassy as a precaution

LONDON, March 4 (Reuters) - Britain said on Wednesday it had temporarily withdrawn some staff and their dependents from its embassy in Bahrain as a precautionary measure as the U.S. stepped up its military campaign against Tehran.
The embassy in Bahrain continued to operate, the government added.
