MPLX LP <MPLX.N> said it will acquire Northwind Midstream for $2.38 billion in cash to expand its sour gas gathering and processing footprint in the Permian Basin, as producers ramp up drilling in New Mexico. nL4N3TS1CW

Infrastructure solutions provider Quanta Services <PWR.N> raised its annual results forecast and said it has acquired peer Dynamic Systems in a deal valued at about $1.35 billion.

Air France-KLM has pulled out of the process to buy a stake in privately owned Spanish airline Air Europa, a spokesperson for the Franco-Dutch airline group said. nL8N3TS0SR

Canada's Brookfield Wealth Solutions agreed to acquire Just Group for 2.4 billion pounds ($3.18 billion) as part of its expansion into the UK pension risk market. nL4N3TS0N5
