CrowdStrike receives inquiries from US DoJ, SEC over revenue recognition from certain customers
June 4 (Reuters) - CrowdStrike CRWD.O said on Wednesday it received inquiries from the U.S. Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission about how the cybersecurity company recognizes revenue and reports annual recurring revenue for transactions with certain customers.
