SEOUL, May 9 (Reuters) - A South Korean court has rejected an injunction filed by presidential hopeful Kim Moon-soo to confirm his status as the candidate for the presidency for his conservative party, Yonhap News Agency reported on Friday.
Kim has clashed with his own major conservative People Power Party over merging campaigns with former prime minister Han Duck-soo, an independent candidate running for president in the June 3 election.
The court also denied the request by Kim's supporters to stop the party from holding a party convention, Yonhap said.
