Gallagher acquires Texas-based Dean R Casey & Associates

May 8 - (The Insurer) - Arthur J Gallagher has acquired Dallas, Texas-based employee benefits brokerage Dean R. Casey & Associates.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 1998, Dean R. Casey & Associates serves primarily small- and mid-size group clients and individuals in Texas.

Dean Casey and his team will move into Gallagher's Dallas office under the direction of Leah Vetter, head of Gallagher's Central region employee benefits consulting operations.

Earlier this month, Gallagher announced that it had acquired Turkey-based boutique insurance and reinsurance broker Aspera Sigorta ve Reasürans Brokerliği A.Ş..
