US allows temporary sale of Russian oil at sea, Treasury says
WASHINGTON, April 17 (Reuters) - The U.S. Treasury Department on Friday issued a Russia-related general license, allowing the delivery and sale of Russian crude oil and petroleum products loaded on vessels as of April 17.
The authorization will last through May 16, the department said.
