Serbia's NIS refinery can't operate beyond November 1 without crude supplies, president says

BELGRADE, Oct 9 (Reuters) - Serbia's President Aleksandar Vucic said on Thursday that the Russian-owned NIS oil refinery, which was hit by U.S. sanctions on Thursday, would not be able to operate beyond November 1 without crude supplies.
Vucic said that the supply of oil derivatives would be stable until the end of the year.
