US distillate fuel demand fell to over 1-year low last week, EIA says
NEW YORK, June 4 (Reuters) - U.S. product supplied of distillate fuel oil, a measure of demand for diesel and heating oil, fell in the previous week to 3.15 million barrels per day (bpd), the lowest since April 2024, data from the Energy Information Administration showed on Wednesday.
Product supplied of distillate fuels fell about 742,000 bpd in the week ended May 30, the biggest week-over-week decline since February, the data showed.
