- Europe's largest bank HSBC HSBA.L warned its British employees that their pay packages could be cut if they do not go into the office at least three days a week.
- A group of British lawmakers including Alice Macdonald and Joe Powell is set to write to the British Prime Minister Keir Starmer to use Britain's 150 billion pounds ($201.3 billion)foreign exchange reserves to prevent deep cuts in overseas aid to low-income countries threatened by the withdrawal of US funding.
