Heathrow Airport orders internal review after power outage halts operations
LONDON, March 22 (Reuters) - The chairman of London's Heathrow Airport on Saturday ordered an internal review of its crisis management plans and its response to the failure of a electricity substation that halted operations for most of Friday.
The review "will analyse all of the relevant material concerning the robustness and execution of Heathrow’s crisis management plans, the airport’s response during the incident and how the airport recovered the operation", chairman Paul Deighton said in a statement.
