The Company owns and manages a fleet of 9 modern dry bulk vessels, including one Panamax, 4 Kamsarmax, and 4 Supramax with a total carrying capacity of 626,257 deadweight tonnage (dwt) and a weighted average age of approximately 10.6 years. The Company's fleet transports iron ore, coal, grain, steel products, cement, alumina, and other dry bulk cargoes worldwide. The Company's operations are managed by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Globus Shipmanagement Corp.
