美聯儲終止針對加密貨幣與分佈式賬本技術的監管項目
金色財經報道，週五，美國聯邦儲備委員會（簡稱 “美聯儲”）關閉了其於 2023 年設立的 “新型業務活動” 監管項目。該項目推出時，監管機構曾表示，其目的是 “確保與創新相關的風險得到妥善應對”。該項目主要適用於分佈式賬本技術（DLT）、加密資產、爲加密貨幣領域提供支持的銀行，以及銀行與非銀行機構之間由複雜技術驅動的合作關係。 美聯儲表示，目前其對相關風險已有更充分的瞭解，因此這些業務活動可納入常規監管流程。今年 4 月，美聯儲還撤銷了多份針對加密貨幣與分佈式賬本技術的監管信函，其中包括一份要求相關業務活動啓動前需獲得 “不反對函” 的信函。 該項目的限制性監管方式對區塊鏈銀行業務計劃產生了實際影響。向美國聯邦存款保險公司（FDIC）提交的信息自由請求顯示，該項目阻礙了 “美國社區銀行間支付聯盟（USDF Consortium）” 的啓動 —— 該聯盟旨在推動社區銀行間的同業支付，最終因受阻而放棄了這一計劃。而抱有此類（推動區塊鏈同業支付）目標的並非只有該聯盟一家。金色財經
