The Company is formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses. The Company has not selected any business combination target and has not, nor has anyone on its behalf, engaged in any substantive discussions, directly or indirectly, with any business combination target. The Company may pursue an initial business combination target in any industry or geographic location. The Company intends to focus its search for a target business on the production, servicing and transportation of Oil, Gas and Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG). The Company has not conducted any operations. It has not generated any revenue.
