Cadeler A/S is a Denmark-based supplier within the offshore wind industry for installation services and marine and engineering operations with a focus on safety and the environment. Cadeler’s experience as provider of offshore wind support services, combined with cutting-edge vessel design, positions the Company to deliver services to the industry. It also delivers high-end offshore wind turbine installation vessels. The Company owns and operates two offshore jack-up windfarm installation vessels, Wind Orca and Wind Osprey. In addition to wind farm installation, these vessels can perform maintenance, construction, decommissioning, and other tasks within the offshore industry. Cadeler A/S has two subsidiaries: Wind Orca Ltd as well as Wind Osprey Ltd.
