Stock slides after co, late on Tuesday, announced plans for an underwritten public offering of common stock and warrants

Co says it plans to offer shares along with Series A and Series B warrants, or pre-funded warrants

Separately, co says it has suspended its at‑the‑market (ATM) stock sale program with Oppenheimer unless it files a new prospectus

Adds suspension of the ATM removes current sales but does not prevent a new offering

Inovio says it sold about 1.3 mln shares under the ATM program, raising roughly $3.2 mln before fees
