Co's subsidiary, Quantum Leap Energy (QLE), signs Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with a large publicly traded U.S. energy company that operates nuclear power stations

Under the MOU, the energy co will explore ways to support QLE's plans to build U.S.-based advanced nuclear fuel cycle facilities, as well as provide uranium conversion and deconversion services
