An Italian judicial body has dropped a case against Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, who had been placed under investigation following the release of a Libyan police officer wanted by the International Criminal Court, she said on Monday.

The Italian truck and bus maker coordinated closely with the Italian government on its deals to sell its truck business to Tata Motors and its defence unit to Leonardo, a source with knowledge of the matter said on Monday.
STELLANTIS STLAM.MI
Fitch Ratings has revised Stellantis' outlook to negative from stable, while affirming both its long-term issuer default rating (IDR) and senior unsecured instrument rating at 'BBB'. All ratings have been withdrawn.
BANCO BPM BAMI.MI
French bank Credit Agricole has acquired a further 0.3% in Italy's third-biggest bank via derivatives, raising its stake to 20.1%, a regulatory filing showed on Monday. Credit Agricole said it would not seek to acquire control of BPM and would keep its stake under a mandatory takeover threshold.

BlackRock held a 6.2% stake in the Italian fourth-largest bank as of July 31, a filing showed on Monday.

Private equity firms Advent International and Nextalia have agreed to buy the 38.7% stake in the software and internet services provider held by its leading shareholder, Tecno Holding, at 15 euros per share, Tinexta said on Tuesday.
The buyers will launch a mandatory takeover offer for the company with the aim of taking it private.
