Shares of packaged food maker Conagra Brands CAG.N drop 5.2% to $19.30 before the bell
CAG forecasts fiscal 2026 adjusted EPS between $1.70 and $1.85, below analysts' average estimate of $2.19, as per data compiled by LSEG
CAG says outlook accounts for 50% tariff rate on imported tin plate steel and aluminum, a 30% rate on limited imports from China and a 10% reciprocal rate on imports from some other countries
Reports Q4 revenue of $2.78 billion, missing estimates of $2.83 billion; adjusted profit of 56 cents per share also below expectations of 58 cents
YTD, stock is down 26.6%
