Hotel operator Marriott International's MAR.O shares up 1% to $250 premarket
Co posts Q1 profit of $2.32/share, above estimates of $2.25/share, according to data compiled by LSEG
MAR posts Q1 revenue of $6.26 bln, compared with analysts' average estimate of $6.17 bln
However, co cuts 2025 room revenue forecast and projects Q2 profit below analyst estimates as travel demand slows
MAR expects full-year room revenue growth of 1.5% to 3.5%, compared with 2% to 4% it forecast earlier
10 of 27 brokerages rate the stock "buy" or higher, 16 "hold" and 1 "sell"; their median PT is $271 - LSEG
As of last close, stock had fallen 11% YTD
