Trump says his election, tariffs drove Nvidia's US investment plan
WASHINGTON, April 14 (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump said on Monday that U.S. tech giant Nvidia's NVDA.O announcement that it is planning to build up to $500 billion in AI servers in the United States over the next four years is a result of his election and tariff policies.
"The reason they did it is because of the election on November 5, and because of the thing called tariffs," he said during a briefing in the White House.
