*Kinder Morgan KMI.N, Targa Resources TRGP.N, EQT Corp EQT.N and Expand Energy EXE.O up between 3.7% and 5%; among top percentage gainers on the energy index
Oilfield services companies Baker Hughes BKR.O and SLB SLB.N up 1.1% and 1.9%, respectively
Refiners Valero Energy VLO.N and Phillips 66 PSX.N up 1.6% and 2.2%, respectively
