Company on Friday priced its $50 mln registered direct offering
Company sold ~15.6 mln shares to certain institutional investors at $3.20/shr, a 25.4% discount to stock's last close
QSI plans to use the proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes
QSI stock rose 34.3% in 2024
