MEXICO CITY,. May 4 (Reuters) - Mexican real estate investment trust Fibra Next NEXT25.MX:
LAUNCHED A VOLUNTARY PUBLIC TENDER OFFER FOR ALL REAL ESTATE TRUST CERTIFICATES (CBFI) ISSUED BY FIBRA MACQUARIE, FOLLOWING APPROVAL FROM MEXICO'S BANKING REGULATOR
HOLDERS OF FIBRA MACQUARIE CBFIS CAN CHOOSE TO RECEIVE EITHER 0.475 CBFIS OF FIBRA NEXT PER CBFI OR 47.50 MEXICAN PESOS IN CASH, UP TO A MAXIMUM CASH AMOUNT OF ABOUT 13.255 BILLION PESOS, ACCORDING TO THE TERMS OUTLINED IN THE PROSPECTUS AND INFORMATION BOOKLET
FIBRA NEXT SAID IT AWAITS PROMPT AUTHORIZATION FROM THE NATIONAL ANTITRUST COMMISSION
