May 4 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1330 GMT on Monday:
GameStop <GME.O> CEO Ryan Cohen's unprecedented $56 billion takeover bid for the much larger eBay <EBAY.O> drew skepticism from investors and analysts, with shares in the online retailer trading much below the offer price.

Electrical equipment maker Hubbell <HUBB.N> said it had agreed to acquire peer NSI Industries, a portfolio company of Sentinel Capital Partners, for $3 billion in cash.

Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp <OCBC.SI> said its Indonesian unit, PT Bank OCBC NISP <NISP.JK>, has agreed to buy HSBC Holdings' <HSBA.L> retail banking and wealth management business in the country.

Brazilian power company Axia Energia <AXIA5.SA> has agreed to sell its 49% minority stakes in four electricity transmission special purpose entities to GEBBRAS, an affiliate of Colombia's Grupo Energia Bogota <GEB.CN>, it said.
