Germany is ready for structural reform of UN Security Council, minister says
BARCELONA, April 18 (Reuters) - Germany is ready for a reform of the United Nations' Security Council, Lars Klingbeil, its finance minister and vice chancellor said on Saturday.
Speaking at a summit of progressive world leaders in Barcelona, Klingbeil said that "structural reform" of the UNSC had been a clear message in the talks.
