BERLIN, April 8 (Reuters) - Germany's finance ministry welcomed the U.S.-Iran ceasefire agreement but is still looking at measures for targeted relief from high energy prices due to the volatility of the situation, said a spokesperson on Wednesday.
"We certainly welcome the ceasefire agreement, but we also recognise that there is no reason to sound the all-clear," said the spokesperson at a regular government press conference.
"Therefore we continue to monitor the situation very closely and are still examining measures for targeted relief, especially for commuters from small businesses and families," added the spokesperson.
